Cancellation and refunds.
If you have ordered from our website samsbuy.myshopify.com and you feel you have made a mistake on your order and would like to cancel your order and need a refund we give you full 24 hours to let us know via the email that we send you after you place an order on our site Or you can message us on our messenger.

Once we get the email or message we will cancel your order and refund your funds.

Returns and Refunds
If you feel the product you received is not what you wanted or you want to return the product and want refund for your funds please follow the below rules

- You need to send us a notice if the product is what you ordered or not and       whether the product is different from what you ordered which is why you want to     return it and get a refund.
- Once you receive the products/goods if you want to return it and get refund you need to put it in the original packaging box and ship it back to the address we will email you.
- You will have to return the goods within 2 days after you receive it.
- All return shipping fees will be paid by you the customer.
- Once we get the products we will have a check on them and once verified we will refund your money within 24 hours.

Wrong Product return and refunds
If you get a totally different product than the one you ordered we will refund you in full and we will pay the return shipping to you added in the refund money once we receive the goods/products in full good condition and original packaging.
